- Set-up & Pack-Down (90+ minutes of set-up, up to 60 minutes of pack-down)
- Dance floor Lights (2 Chauvet Wash FX Hex's and 2 ADJ Pocket Pro Moving Heads)
- Projector available if couple opts to post prizes
Main Wedding Service
Price: $1,575.00 (Taxes Included) *10% off the Wedding Services total will be applied if DJ Sir Charles is booked for both events
Service Includes: - Preparation/Planning Meeting 1-2 hours
- comprehensive planning and programming of music choices throughout the whole evening, ie. cocktail hour, dinner, and dance music.
- selection of specific songs for traditional reception events such as the grand entrance, the first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouqet/garter toss, last dance.
- Emcee service (if needed), ie. Introductions of program, speeches, and special dances.
- Special dance(s) music editing upon request
- Grand Entrance introductions for couple and wedding party upon request
- Reception Music and Sound by Charlie Cabungcal
- A dance party catered to you and your guests
- Wired microphones &/or wireless microphone for speeches
- Set-up & Pack-Down (90+ minutes of set-up, up to 60 minutes of pack-down)
- Dance floor Lights (2 Chauvet Wash FX Hex's and 2 ADJ Pocket Pro Moving Heads)
Extras:
Ceremony Service: Price: $195 taxes included, if ceremony is outside of reception hours and/or additional equipment is needed
Service Includes: - Music and Sound by Charlie Cabungcal (a second sound system is normally used)
- Wired or Wireless microphones
- Set-up & Pack-Down (up to 30 minutes set-up and 15 minutes pack-down)
- Preparation/Planning Meeting 30 – 60 minutes - comprehensive breakdown of music preferences (Processional songs, license signing song, recessional, etc).
Uplighting - $25 / light fixture (all wireless), amount of lights needed depend on the venue and couples' needs
- Gas Mileage: $ 1.10/km outside of the City of Winnipeg. (Calculated starting at the perimeter)
Note: Accommodation is required by the DJ from the client in events over 100 km away from the Winnipeg perimeter.
